Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif shocked. The British government refused to extend the visa. The government has already canceled the passport, there is a chance for appeal, Nawaz Sharif can also apply for political asylum in the UK, maybe forced to return to Pakistan. What legal path do they have?

On the other hand, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is constantly teaching lessons to Shahbaz Sharif. The senior vice president is correcting the statement of his president. Maybe Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was ordered by Nawaz Sharif?

Barrister Rashid Aslam, an expert in British law, has said that an appeal can be lodged within 14 days. As long as the appeal is submitted, you are considered legal. A close look at the situation and the documents, everything is looked at in detail, Nawaz Sharif will now have to explain all the rejected points, the British court judge will have to convince him why he wants to stay in the UK? If the judge is not satisfied then the appeal can be rejected but even after that there are 2 rights of appeal, these appeals can take five to seven months, Nawaz Sharif has five to seven months to stay in London.

The current situation was good for Nawaz Sharif’s application. In those circumstances, his visa should have been extended. If the Home Office has rejected it, then he had solid reasons. Now it is up to him to decide which one. If they apply for political asylum, it will be considered late because they have to apply as soon as they enter the UK. Their asylum application may be rejected. The chances of success are low. When the visa is rejected. Can be deported, if you do not file an appeal within 14 days, the Home Office can arrest and send you back.

Senior journalist Najam Sethi has said that Shahbaz Sharif’s statement has been the same for a long time and Nawaz Sharif’s statement has also been the same for a long time. Has got some leeway, Shahbaz Sharif made something public before going to London as if he is going to London with a punch, maybe Imran Khan stopped him from going.

I think Nawaz Sharif gave relaxation to his brother Shahbaz Sharif. They are trying to explain that they are just relaxing. There is nothing to meet you. An attempt was made to keep Nawaz Sharaf out. Before Election 2018 Nawaz Sharif decided to come and then everyone came to see him. On his return, all the Orange Minutes were ruined. Then a new drama was started that Shahbaz Sharif was asked to form a government by gathering independent members. In the meantime, Jahangir Tareen also got the green signal and he started moving. It is understood that Shahbaz Sharif is being slapped.

In response to a question, he said that PML-N was a pro-establishment party when 1993, Nawaz Sharif said that he would not take dictation, then his popularity started to increase, due to which he came back in 1997, if not from Musharraf, then he had to go out, only the increase in his popularity made him a burden.

The problem is that the PML-N voter is with Nawaz Sharif’s narrative but the party ranks and file understands something else. It is true that they will want to deal or talk themselves, not Maryam’s problem. She does not want to be the Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif does not want to make himself or Maryam Nawaz the Prime Minister. Shahbaz Sharif has a desire in his heart to become the Prime Minister at this age, Nawaz Sharif wants to make the Prime Minister with his own hands, he wants to keep matters in his hands. He wants to have control.

Shahbaz Sharaf has received a shut-up call from Nawaz Sharif, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is talking at the request of Nawaz Sharif. Yes, once Shahid Khaqan becomes the Prime Minister, he can become the Prime Minister for the second time. The government does not want to talk to the opposition. Shahbaz Sharif has two options to remain silent or stay at home. Either stand with Nawaz Sharif’s statement, if not stand up and play your role as opposition in a good and credible manner.
