Election of Chief Minister: Did Imran Khan win by losing?

The world saw that the majority was turned into a minority and the minority into a majority. Those who won lost and those who lost won. A letter wrapped the checkerboard of the winning candidate and the credit of the victory was placed on the head of the loser. This is the scene of the Punjab Assembly that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was declared unsuccessful even after the majority of 186. Hamza Shehbaz remained Chief Minister with 179 votes. Why did this happen? Happened? What is its legal status?

It is said that the horse that owns the horse wins the race, only by gambling on the horses can one lose oneself, but one cannot enjoy the joy of winning. Even if they win, it’s no fun. Imran Khan also fielded the wrong horse in the race, which had broken bones in the previous race. In the second round, he drowned the entire team, including himself. We saw that the members who were supposed to be theirs were betrayed in the last race, when new horses were entered in their place, they ran well and won the race. There should have been someone of our own in this race.

It was written in the previous blog that Hamza Shehbaz’s pig has got a scar. He managed to keep the pig on his head but the scar still remains. What detergent will wash this stain now, it may not be on the market yet. It is not a matter of not understanding and explaining. Big things have happened in Pakistan before, cracks, crutches, nappies have been changed, now this is nothing new in Pakistani politics. As of yesterday, the presiding officer in the Senate defeated the winning party by 6 to 7 votes. There was no reason then, at that time there was a solid reason and a court decision.

A masterpiece was done in the Punjab Assembly. It was hoped that solving the political crisis in Punjab would bring stability to the country, but it seems that our politicians, the manipulators, have decided that we have to make the situation in Pakistan worse, to lead it to anarchy. Now the game that was played in the Punjab Assembly, it has not only gone to the Supreme Court, it has now also gone to the streets. What is going to happen from the look of Hamza, will a legitimate chief minister accept it?

The basic fact cannot be ignored here. PTI had 176 members, 10 were from QL. He asked to vote for the opposite candidate of his party. Chaudhry Parvez Elahi was the unanimous candidate of the National League, People’s Party and Q-League, whose guarantor was Chaudhry Shujaat. Parvaiz Elahi himself changed Qibla and went with Imran Khan. Just as PTI members defected after voting against the party chief’s direction, Q-League members also defected. Now the law will take its course.

Legal experts say that the status of Deputy Speaker’s ruling and Chaudhry Shujaat’s letter will now be judged in the Supreme Court. The matter of Punjab Assembly has not gone to court for the first time, it has gone to court five to six times. The Deputy Speaker’s ruling is against the law, the Deputy Speaker’s ruling should be challenged, the Deputy Speaker acted illegally and unconstitutionally.

These results will have an impact on the entire politics of Pakistan. Q-League has been affected the most. If there is any further action, which is certain to happen, the Q-League will lose all its seats in the Punjab Assembly with further action. There will be a by-election on all these seats. At the same time, Speaker Pervez Elahi will lose the Speakership, and will also cease to be an MPA. In one fell swoop, the entire party is gone. If they come back after winning again in these constituencies, then it will be too early to say anything. At present, the coalition government has survived in Punjab and the Federation. If tough decisions are not taken, it will not take root, Imran Khan’s narrative will be strengthened, his anger will increase, which we have seen in the past few days.

The state of the ruling party is that from its decisions, it seems that the leader of this party is not Nawaz Sharif. It seems that the PML-N has handed over its thinking to someone. As there is a division in the Chaudhrys, it seems that there is a division in the PML too. The people should have accepted the decision taken a few days ago, but instead of accepting it, more fuel has been added to the burning fire. It seems that the car is moving automatically, with no one at the steering wheel.

If such political uncertainty remains, there is no possibility of improving the economic situation. The rupee will continue to depreciate, the dollar will continue to soar. In such a situation, the political chess players have to think how to use their seals now. Please tell me how the bad economy of Pakistan will be treated? How will Imran Khan be treated? How will the people of Pakistan be treated? In private gatherings, on telephone calls, on social media, people are talking about things that cannot be imagined. The disease will not end suddenly, politicians give way to each other, go to the people, let the people decide, do not play with the future of the country.
